Auto Acres Warranty
ANY EXCEPTIONS TO WARRANTY WILL BE NOTED ON INVOICES. ANY WARRANTIES TO BE PAID WILL BE COMPUTED USING AUTO ACRES LABOR SCHEDULE 6 months parts warranty on used mechanical parts. 6 months labor and parts warranty on used parts installed by Auto Acres. 6 months parts and 90 days labor warranty on used parts sold to licensed repair shops. 6 months parts and no labor on used parts sold to individuals. New and rebuilt parts carry warranty from rebuilder or manufacturer. All warranty claims must be reported immediately, and parts are to remain installed in the vehicle until authorization is given by Auto Acres to remove or repair. Purchase order number will be required for all repairs. Gaskets and parts to repair will be furnished by Auto Acres when possible. Towing, fluids, filters, loss of use, rental vehicles, or other occurred expenses will not be covered by this warranty. No credit will be given until parts are examined by Auto Acres. Warranty does not cover failures caused by defective or improper installation, units that are abused, mistreated, overheated or not properly adjusted. Engine warranty covers long block assembly only. Water pumps, fuel pumps, injectors, etc. are not covered. Engines sold for $425.00 or less will be warranted for 60 days only. No warranty on labor. Deposits on
parts are not refundable. |
